We provide this website for informational purposes and to help you request a water test or service visit. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any portion of the site at any time without notice.
Water Test Results and Site Content
Information on this website about water quality, treatment methods, and equipment is provided for general informational purposes. Every property and water supply is different. Your individual water test results and site conditions are discussed with you directly, and any recommendation we make is specific to your situation. Nothing on this website is a substitute for an in person water test or a written proposal.
Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate or pricing information referenced on this website is general and does not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing is based on your water test results and the conditions found at your property, and is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on conditions found on site.
Installation and Equipment Warranties
Where an installation includes a warranty, the length and terms of that warranty are stated in your written proposal or in the manufacturer's documentation for the equipment installed, and are not set by anything appearing on this website. We do not guarantee specific water quality outcomes, and we make no claims here about the performance of any treatment system beyond what is stated in your written proposal.
Text Messaging Program
Otter Water Systems uses two separate categories of text messages, each requiring its own consent:
- Transactional Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service reminders related to a request you have already made. Consent is given by checking the transactional consent box at the time you submit a request.
- Marketing Optional offers, seasonal reminders, and promotions unrelated to an active request. Consent is given separately by checking the marketing consent box. Consent is not required to purchase services.
- Frequency Message frequency varies for both categories
- Cost Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
- Opt Out Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help or contact us at (740) 717-7773
- Carriers Not all carriers are supported. Coverage and delivery may vary by carrier
The exact consent language for each category, labeled Block A for transactional messages and Block B for marketing messages, is posted on our SMS Opt-In page. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent for that category.
Limitation of Liability
We provide this website and our services on an "as is" basis, except as expressly stated in a written proposal. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of information on this site.
